Hampstead Property was established as COPRAD in 2014 with a focus on consultancy and development for private, corporate, institutional and government clients and has been involved in development projects exceeding $1.5 billion. We have established an extensive professional network of consultants, contractors, investors and development partners which form part of the project team.

We offer end-to-end development services from site identification and feasibility to development, transaction and investment management, for all property sectors. We work closely with our development partners by operating transparently and flexibly with a shared vision.

Hampstead Property is committed to the development of projects that aspire to set benchmarks in sustainability and provide positive environments for the community to live, work and play. We are currently involved in various projects across Sydney and regional NSW although have experience nationwide.

Tim Colless founded Hampstead Property (formerly COPRAD) in 2014 having worked for large development and construction organisations and alongside various private, developer, A-REIT, institutional and government clients for close to ten years. Tim has end-to-end project experience from strategy and feasibility to development and investment of small to large scale assets in various sectors.

Providing transaction and development services for projects totalling over $1.5 billion in land value, Tim has established an extensive network of real estate developers, investors, consultants and contractors as well as a strong capability of dealing with complex structures and achieving superior outcomes.

In recent years, Tim has also held director roles and ownership in Opteon Property Group and PRC Capital.
